Description: A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to prohibit, after 2 years after the commencement of any person's period of entitlement to monthly insurance benefits under such title, any adjustment in a person's monthly insurance benefits under such title, or any recovery by the United States from such person, in connection with any overpayment of benefits under any prior entitlement.
