Description: A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the number of refugees admitted to the United States and the appropriation for programs for refugee migration and resettlement should be increased and that the Department of Justice should reestablish the presumption that Jews and members of other religious minorities emigrating from the Soviet Union qualify for refugee status for admission to the United States.
